Good News To RRR Team: Ticket Price Has Been Increased In AP

The government of Andhra Pradesh has been debating how to do justice to both moviegoers and the filmmakers of ‘Roudram Ranam Rudhiram.’ The torchbearer of balanced cinema ticket rates, Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy, has finalised a set raised tariff for the Rajamouli film.

The government today allowed all screens in the state to raise ticket prices by Rs 75 per person. This was done after careful consideration of the costs of producing the magnum opus. The budget of ‘RRR’ is Rs 336 crore, excluding remunerations.

The suggestions made by Rajamouli and producer DVV Danayya were prioritised by the concerned departments.

Single-screen cinemas can sell tickets for Rs 236 and multiplexes for Rs 265 for ten days after the release date under the new arrangement (March 25).

Thanks to the combined efforts of AP CM Jagan and Cinematography Minister Perni Nani, a major issue affecting Andhra Pradesh’s youth has been resolved in a broad-minded manner.
